I'm still very un-decided about what to do with this whole game thing. It's all ready to be shipped of tomorrow back to the place but the more I think about it the more I'm thinking it's not going to happen. I've got it. It's safe. I think that's enough. 24 more days until My Nintendo DS is in my hot little hands. Oh I'm so anxious!

Spent most of the working day out and about with the boss today. As per usual I've gotten stuck learning something that no-one else wants to/is too stupid to.

The shane Miester did happen to give me a amp for my car last night. That certainly helped with my mood today. I wonder if I'm going to get my Graphic Novels' that I ordered last night tomorrow? I'm thinking yes because they shipped to me today. I'm really looking forward to the next installment of Mahou Sensei Negima!

Such hype for 30 mins of firewroks, which wasn't too bad I suppose, and they stopped for 10 mins to pay tribute to the Asia Tsunami victums. The fire works were good, yes, and I would have had a good time if micromachines didn't show up with his friends. They are annoying and irritating. I made riceballs and sweet egg omlets and Karaage (which I'm sure I'm not spelling right...), I even got adventourous and put cream cheese in the rice balls! So many people... I hate that many people.

I finally heard back form Play-Asia today. I'm going to have to send my game back to get replaced. As much as I'd like to I'm kinda over it now. I've got it. It's safe, and I'm not really willing to risk that for a bunch of stuff I'm proabbly never going to use e.g drama tracks! I'll make my descision tomorrow, hopefully I can sleep on it.

Well it's been 6 days now since I last heard anything about swapping my game over. At the moment, I'm tired, eggbound and sore. My legs were ok after the ride it's more my bum that's taken the beating. It's like I've spent the night in an all male prison with a blonde wig glued to my head, I'll let your imagination figure that one out.

Phanty Walked it tonight. It's funny that link is the only one that I could find. Perhaps I should dedicate some of my space to creating a Elephant Walk home page of my own. I really like it there. Just like the article says it's all about the ambient atmosphere of the place. Like being whisked back in time or to another place. If your on Melbourne St, pop in a have a drink. Tell them Ashley sent you. It's been a favourite spot of ours coming up 6 years.

On that note it's bed time for me and my tired eyebies, you can always tell when I'm tired, my spelling get worse than usual and I'm get a little sappy. I'm headed to the Skyshow tomorrow night so be warned, I might be drinking... LOL

What have I done to myself? I've been on a 2 hour bike ride uphill most of the way. I feel almost dead. My legs are killing me and lets not even think about what's going to happen when I try to walk tomorrow....

Looks like I might be headed overseas this year sometime. I'm not 100% sure where I'll be headed (probably Japan) but a few things have to pan themselves out at the moment. I'll only go over for 2 weeks, or more than likely 10 days. Still I'm a little excited about it all!

Hmm I should probably think about getting some dinner into me. I've wasted too much time already on this blasted thing...

Yes, my stuff did arrive on Tuesday adn it's every bit on what I was hoping. The only thing that's a little difficult to find a spot for is the Sakura Wars towel. It's a complete waste to get rid of it, especially since I had to get it to get the special edition of the game, which came with the following:
- Sakura Taisen V: Episode 0
- Towel
- Glass mug
- Figurine
- "Premium" DVD
- Limited edition poster

So all in all it's not too bad. Looks like I'm going to be keeping the "Honor" Edition of the Magister Negi Magi game. I can't really be stuffed sending it all the way back to Hong Kong and I've been talking to someone on a message board that's assured me the Scholarship Edition really isn't worth the hassle it's going to be.

God I love Australia Day. I think we need more than 1 day though. I mean they barley fit in the hottest 100 in triple J!

I fucking hate, hate, hate UPS. That place must honestly be filled with the left over dregs and filth of humanity'a intellect all put through a mincer and then spat and crapped on when it came out. They don't even know what their own computers are saying! For fully sick's sake someone give me a bullet! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH

So yeah, I should be expecting my stuff tomorrow. Play-asia finally got back to me about the mix up with the Negima! PS2 game. Looks like they will be quite happy to take it back and swap me ofr the special edition. As long as I post back the Non-special one. Now I'm going to have to think about this, is it really worth all the trouble or should I just buy both? I'm not sure. Buying both is definatly out of the question for now though, I'm like uber-poor right now...

Booya! Australia Day on Wednesday! I love day's off that I get paid for. I'm not really sure what I'll do but it will probably involve going out on the Tuesday night... which is tomorrow, what am I talking about...

If anyone gets the chance go and see Cellular and After the Sunset at the cinema's this year. You won't be dissapointed, Peice Brosnan is so dreamy! LOL nah, it's actually a really good movie, despite the fact that my old friend Woody is in it.

Tonight I'm off to Hog's Breath for dinner. Should be good, always is. For some reason I always come out feeling over full, you know the feeling.

Looks like my e-mailing was really a waste of time. My shipment in now in transit :-( I'm stuck with the stuck non-special edition of the game. Oh well, if I come up with some spare cash in the next few months I'll know what to do with it. Somehow I don't think it's going to sell out at all very quickly. I just hope my Sakura Wars SPecial Edition makes it here in one piece. Now I've really got to start working on my Japanese. I'm so out of practice. I can barley understand anything let alone get the gist of whats going on. Too much time being slack with the anime and games...

I did prepare some sweet egg omelets tonight! Man they were so yummy. Too bad a lot of egg given me the tummy monsters though, otherwise I could eat them all day!

It's been a very long, hot, humid, cloudy, dark, strange and annoying day. Seems like I've accidentally ordered the wrong version of my previously mentioned Negima game and am now currently in the process or frantically e-mailing the customer service department to see if I can change my order which I can't cancel because it's shipping tomorrow. With a little luck it will happen, i'm doubtful though :-(

Got the car back from getting serviced... whew, I really wish I could cancel that order now. It's done now and I don't need to worry about it for a while, but what a rip off! All of that and I still found a loose fuse which was causing problems with my keyless entry and stereo... Really I wonder sometimes...

I can't find it anywhere. My last ditch hope will be the markets, if I can't find it there I'll have to try to make some of my own (can't see that going well at all). My karaage was really good re-heated. The rice balls on the other hand... well lets just say I wont be putting tuna with soy in them again. Maybe the problem is that they were sitting too long. I really wish that I could get up early enough to make some fresh ones for work, half-day-olds really don't do any justice to the greatness.

Lucky me my new cels arrived today. Although I'm very happy with them they really aren't in the best of shape. There's a lot of line fading and they are stapled to the sketch. Still it's another 3 for the collection... I think that's about 9 or so now. Sakura wars cels make me giddy ^_^

With a little luck my Negima and Sakura Taisen games should ship or Thursday. This week is going so slow. It's always the way when you are anticipating something...

My car is going in for it's service and tune tomorrow, I'm not looking forward to that. It's hasn't had a major service for at least 30,000kms. I've kept it maintained but it really needs a professional to look at it. Hopefully they won't find anything too expensive that needs fixing. BTW the only reason it's going in is to re-gas the air-con, which I suspect may have a broken gas line... Damn work carpark drivers. Don't get me started on work!

I made Karaage tonight for lunch tomorrow. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Still I was supposed to deep fry it but I got lazy and shallow fried it instead. Still tastes fantastic though. I also made some Onigiri as well. I actually stuffed them as well. (2 with tuna and soy and one with cream cheese) now that's going to take some mastering. I have just gotten down the plain ones, perfectly making the right size and shape every time (I got a lot of practice on the holidays) so I'm going to start branching out into flavored ones. It's hard to get them right when you stuff them. Mine came out the right shape and size just a little bit too 'unstable' for my liking.

It's a feast for me tomorrow! I'm going to try to get my hands on some umeboshi (pickled plums) and black sesame seeds at the markets this week. See if I can spice them up a little bit. Even now I'm adding rice wine vinegar into the mix to make them tasty... which isn't exactly traditional...

Funniest thing I've read all day...

I'm finally home for good! it's been a long haul and a bit of a challenge not being able to get to the computer for a while as well. As per the usually looks like I've spent way too much on the holidays. Still I'm a happy person, I'm going to try to keep in that way as well. I think that's a good new years resolution.

So lets review what I've purchased in the past few days (while I've been at work mind you):

First up is 3 New Sakura Wars Cels, I won them on Thursday! :-D finally a Cel with a Koubu!

I'll also be doing a US order at the end of February which should contain stuff including Suikoden IV, Zelda: Minish Cap & Xenosaga II.

I'm getting tired of all this typing so it's time to watch........ The Village.....

It's so damn busy here. I have almost had enough for the day. It's been too full a day of work and I still havn't got the motovation to do much of anything. And to top things of nicley it's not getting any slower. The only plus side of this is that I'm getting access to my much need internet from work. Where I'm staying is technology retarted...

I'm definatly going to play some harvest moon tonight. I can't take it. I need to feed my cows and shite! Addictive much?

Looks like it's going to be another Hong Kong order for me soon.

Looks like I'm outta here again for at least another week. I'm not even going to start on work today. I don't know where to begin. Lets just say "Agony" and leave it at that.

Little bit of happy news though. Looks like The City Drive have picked themselves up a record deal. Yeah for them. I like thems music. Oh and download sum of their Mp3's while you still have the chance. I especially like "Saints"...

Well I'm back home! Woo hoo. Not so impressed that I have to start back at work tomorrow but I'm kind of looking forward to getting back into a regular income. I sat through the entire series of fruits basket last week. It's was actually relly good, and gave me the biggest craving for rice balls... rice balls don't belong in a fruits basket. It ended pretty sad. I also accomplished nothing of what I was hoping to this holidays, and although that's fairly dissapointing I'm quite glad I got some time to relax, everyone knows that I needed some time off.

So it's back to the coal mines tomorrow, I'm sure one day soon my enthusiasm will fade away back to the normality of it all. But for now I'm going to enjoy the last few hours of freedom that I have :-D

Oh and a large happy fun congratulations to William and Ciarne on the birth of their son Arley! Good job.

OK, now I can't stop playing Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life! It's so addictive and repetitive and great. I got a cow, horse, 4 chickens, puppy, a crop full of turnips, a fiancee and some fossils. It's actually very enjoyable being a farmer. Not relly much else to report. I only have access to the computer today. Probably wont get back on til next week or something like that so I just thought I'd drop a line.

New years isn't a big deal anymore. I probably couldn't have been any more less excited than what I was. I've been going to bed to late and subsequently over sleeping until 10 or 11 each day. Half the days is over and nothing gets done. I also havn't done one thing that I was planning to do. I'm definatly going into town on Tuesday though. (Sorry Willy, if your reading this!)
