Not only have I finally finished the anime series Samuari Champloo but I'm also done with Imadoki!. I'm currently in the process of making a few reviews on them. Don't know how long they are going to take to do. Hoping to have them spun off on Sunday, but I'm yet to see if that actually happens, depending on what goes down on Saturday night.
There's also the small matter of Ghost in the Shell: SAC and Innocence that I'll need to attend too. Ghost in the Shell goodness all round for me and my homies... The best should be in the shop just before easter to get attended to, hopefully I'll have it back to do some cruising, now that I've finally gotten my hard earned $$$ from that shitty, shitty insurance shiester AAMI.
Uggh, I'm still plodding away at Tales of Legendia as well, fuck those character quests are boring as shit. Who cares if that fag of a mage has sex with his daughter or whatever, if the next one isn't interesting I'm taking a steamy dump on the disc and posting back to namco. Fucking filler crap...

And here I was like a sucker thinking that I knew what I was doing.... Ha, I just guess that lets you know that it's never too late to teach an old dog new tricks. :-D
My Negima PS2 vol.3 Arrived as well on Friday, I was just far too lazy to mention it. I got me Bleach for PSP as well if anyone has noticed it's been removed from the wishlist. Theres actually a really good review on the Negima games over at
Ones days is always made fantastic by a few simple, yet necessary things that can be combined to make an almost uber-day.
So, so happy. It arrived safe and sound and looks really good. A big cheers out to Andrew at

To say I was overly in love with this movie would be a blatant lie, to say I liked it would be an understatement. So thoughts on this film lie somewhere in the grey area in the middle. There was a lot to like about it, it had great hype but it kind of came of of the "little Russian film that could". What the movie does do, it does well, but comes across sometimes and trying to impress you too much. There's a few points in the story, especially in the first half an hour that you really wonder what the hell is going on and why this person is doing that etc. Even though the main story isn't finished (it's going to be a trilogy) they sub story is wrapped up nicely but the end, and your left with a little warm fuzzy feeling for about 3 mins. With such an interesting storyline, fantastic cinematography, decent directing and good acting it's hard to point out why this movie isn't fantastic. Pick it up and watch it for yourself. You'll know what I mean. You loose interest about 30 mins into the film and you never really seem to get it back. It's like watching porn with midgets in it, you don't look at it straight on, but you've always got it in the corner of one eye.
The big question for me was weather to upgrade my PSP to 2.6 firmware (I had the sweet, sweet 2.0 when I bought it) to be able to play my new Sakura Taisen game. Doing that though, I would loose the ability to play home brew stuff, including SNES. So as you can see I was in a bit of a pickle.
It's my mummy's birthday to day. She's getting old, that makes me feel old. I hope she liked her presents, if not I don't care, as long as I get something pretty sweet when my birthday rolls around! Mwhahahaha.
