Anyway, I pick it up tomorrow, which means cruise time. If there's drone I'll be uber pissed (I'm talking Super Sajiin 4 pissed). Especially for the amount of $$$ that this little exercise is costing my poor dwindling bank balance. Oh well, I trust that all will be well and I figure I might as well enjoy them it while I've still got my licence.... yes I'm still pretty paranoid about getting a letter from the State Government. Don't know how fast I was going or where that fucking camera was.

It was pretty fun belting around the hills of Adelaide at a good 80-140km/ph for most of the day. I'd have done some mods to the car's air intake yesterday which made it suprisingly effciaent on fuel with adding extra power. Yes, I had dinged my car at work on friday (dam concrete pilons), but nobody laughed at me. It's getting fixed tomorrow and then my VROOM VROOM ceramic'd extractors get going on Tuesday/Wednesay. I'm craming my pants just thinking about it. Oh yeah, oh fuck yeah!

Ok, so I understand that Scissors beats Paper, and I understand that Rock beats Scissors... But how the FUCK does Paper beat Rock!

Is the paper supposed to magically wrap around the rock rendering it immobile? Then, why the hell cant Paper do this to Scissors? In fact... fuck Scissors, why cant paper do this to PEOPLE? Why arent sheets of ruled paper suffocating people as they attempt to take notes?

I'LL TELL YOU WHY! its cause Paper cant beat anything! A Rock would tear the shit out of Paper in about 2 seconds. Every time I play Rock-Paper-Scissors, I always play Rock, cause when someone plays Paper and says they beat me, I punch them in the face with my already clenched fist and say "I'm sorry, I thought your Paper would protect you".

Now according to my speculation and expectations Nintendo are going to announce the release date sometime in september. I'm really hoping that this is early septmeber, because the sooner a announcment is made the sooner I'll know when I can expect to dump a shit load of cash into a spiffy new Ninty console.

It's hard to control the excitment I have about the lastest and greatest console from Nintendo, just thinking about it while typing away at my desk makes me happy in my pants enough for me to blush and giddy like a school girl. I've yet to be dissapointed by a Nintendo console, bar the SP but that just fucked me off cause it was better than my krusty old GBA, and I just know this will be no differnt.

Yeah, go me, it's my fucking birthday. It's done. It's taken a good 6 hours to do but I've finally ported over the site to Movable Type. It wasn't that hard, just very time consuming. Unfortunatly I've now lost all the skins that went along with the old site, which is a fuck, but no-one really used them anyway and skinning a site is so five minutes ago.

Shit, I guess I better get back to fetching some sleep.

Does anyone know of a good windows front end for movabel type 3.3?
w.Bloggar doesn't seem to be able to work. I keep getting shit error 13's. Ecto is a rip-off and doesn't like MT3.3 either apparently.

Don't mind the totally gay layout, I've just got to work out how the fuck the tags and shit do stuff. There's also the fact I'll have to go and re-format my entire back log of entries (about 3 years worth) to get all the pictures to work. I think I might just retire the archives, anything over a year old and plod through it at my own pace.

I'll loose all my spiffy blog layouts as well. Most of them aren't compatible with MT3.3, not without me majorly re-working the whole things, and it's really going to be easier to start new ones, plus they will look better cause my style factor has increased 10 fold since owning the Soarer.

mt3.3 seems pretty good, it's actually very easy to start multiple blogs and I'm very much liking the category stuff. Barring no major problems with the transfer I think I'm going to stick with it.

I've decided to finally set up and run a tiral with Movable Type to think about moving the blog there. I just don't like the thought of Blogger dying and then me being up shit creek. Although the chances of that happening are almost nill. Still it's good to try things new. MT seems to have a shit load more customisation built in with it and I don't have to rely on third party commenting programs. If only I could find a reliable Windows frontend. w.Bloggar seems down and out of the the count.

Just been doing car stuff this week, nothing too exciting. The Extractors rocked up yesterday but I didn't get to keep them for long. There off to be ceramic'd today. Quick yes, but if it doesn't get done now I'm sure it wont ever get done.

Still plodding away at guitar hero, damn I suck after a 2 week break. Stupid rhythm based games...

I'm at work right now, it's bare empty which means I can go and shit on the peoples desk I hate. So many desks so little shit...

I've done some minor updating to the Boswer page, which basically involved me stealing a whole bunch of awesome and useful info from some UK site. We'll it's actualy a MAJOR update because it's the first one. There's a soarer meet on 27th of August I should really sort something out before then...

I spent most of yesterday tinkering with the Soarer. I managed to get the Diff oil changed, something that I thought would be stuffed actually wasn't for ones, which is a good thing. Unfortunately as I was getting the car down from the ramps it decided to shoot the ramp out from under it (fucking touchy accelerator) and now I think I might have damaged one of my precious and expensive suspension airbags. It's like a fucking grand to replace. Fuck I hope it's OK...

I also started to modify the Air intake to make the car go... well faster and better. I'm actually using the BFI 3 design from Planet Soarer. For now all I've really done is cut the holes into the intake, which was a pain in the arse to begin with. We didn't have the correct hole saw piece and then I discovered there was no liquid nails for the egg cup lips, I plan of boxing up the pressurization chamber and opening up the inlet next weekend. Should I be able to find the right plastic pieces that is.

Then I guess next up is the Air Compressor bushes for little things. My headers should arrive in the next few days and then I have to worry about getting them Ceramic Coated.

That's pretty much it for car shit in this post. I'll post this kind of crap into the Bowser updates when I get it up and running. But for now you'll have to deal with it here.
