Your probably wondering what the hell I've been up to. Well I'm here to tell you I've been keeping myself busy. There's at least 2 new reviews up now.

Starfox DS & Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins

So I might not have much to say, besides the fact that although it's "super ghey", Kingdome Hearts II is pretty fucking awesome... Well done Squenix!

Hmmm so what happens when you quit your job and then they sack your boss because your going?
Well I guess I'll find out in the next couple of days.

There is a fair whack of crap going down at work now. People are getting shipped out and (hopefully) others are getting shipped in. Normally I stay out of it all, just hoping that nobody notices the very little that I actually get done sometimes, but alas I've been dragged into the ninth level of hell at the moment. It's not really all that bad, I'm just being so melodramatic. I have however given my notice, but all things are subject to change.

On a better note, for the time being anyway I've got an abundance of spare time that I'm absolutley loving sinking into two totally awesome (and I mean way better than that too easy Star Fox DS) games. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team and Kingdom Hearts II.

Kingdom Hearts II, as gay as it sounds, is definatly one of the better games I've played in recent memory. It's fast and fun and well it's full of faggy old Disney Characters but it's still awesome. Being far overlevelled also has it's pro's. :-D

Pokémon on the other hand has really breathed a breath of fresh air into my DS. It's not all fancy and doens't try to be. It's simple fun and challenging. It's good good gameplay and doesn't try to be more than it is, which is a GBA game with touch screen. Pokéfever has hit again, and although I won't be getting the urge to "catch them all" again. I certainly don't mind having something to play with Jess when we're bored.

I've finally managed to get my ass around to watching some anime. As everyone would probably realise it's been a little bit... hectic?... at that place I go to work the past six or so long long months. As a result I've lost a little interest in anime, not that there's been anything released locally that decent for a LONG time. At least for now a lot of the spare time that I've been missing for so long has finally been given back to me with a rather long and drawn out week of speculation and rumors at work. Something big is going down with the down syndrome fucks we all know as "upper management".

Along came Paranoia Agent with it's big promises of being a super cool psychological thriller, much like Lain and the awesome Boogiepop Phantom. So I've sat through the first half the other night after work. I'm just about sit down and watch the second half. I'm reserving my judgment until the end.

I'm now officially all Wirelessed up at home. I've purchased myself a nice little Billion 7300G to make things that little bit easier on the DS and PSP, not to mention all the play it will get when the Wii is out in November.

Oh yes, it's secure, don't think you'll be getting into my network so easily. It's a shame the the old Billion 7402 (an awesome ADSL 2+ modem) crapped it's dacks this morning. It's still working... kinda. The problem is becuase the on off switch has had so much use it's just almost stopped working. I'll get it repaired and keep it as a back up... there's not much else I can do really. It's sad, the old girl really did it's job so well.

So it's been another long week at the crap hole of society. My mate is gone, the guy that replaced the girl that left had his last day on Friday, so where does that leave me? Bitter, lonely and tired. Pretty much what it's like at the moment. The good thing about all of this is that... wait, I'm still not seeing it. Wheres the team of arson ninjas I hired?

So Public Holiday for all, basically it's an awesome time to catch up on some sleep and gaming, which is pretty much all I've done. Jessy has finally bowed to the will that is a Nintendo DS and purchased one on Thursday night with Pokémon Mystery Dungeon - Blue Rescue Team. I'm sitting here now just realising that i've skillfully ninja'd the copy of Animal Crossing that I got her (wha, now what do I need two for?).

I've been playing the new Starfox DS a nice DS version of what I consider the 64 version. Controlling the Arwing (among other planes) is all via the touch screen and although it can be a little difficult to get used to it becomes second nature in no time. Just remember that all other buttons fire your lasers and for gods sake remember that holding it means lock-on death! It's not that big of a deal it's just something that I forgot about the first time through.

Although it was a tad too short, I enjoyed it very much. I'll put it on the list of things to do a review for.
